1939 - 2026

 

In loving memory of Richard Cirillo Macche, who passed away on September 23, 2026 at the age of 87, surrounded by his family.

 

Beloved husband of Cheryl Relyea Macche for 57 years. Loving father of Charlotte Mitchell (Ken) and Robert Macche.  Adored grandfather of Robert Macche, Austin Mitchell, and Joseph Mitchell. Richard is survived by his sister, Rosalie McAlister (late Scott), and was preceded in death by his brother, Julius Macche, and sister, E. Jean Moody (late Charles). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.  Richard lived his entire life on the family’s cattle and sheep ranch in Bodega, CA, and left only to serve in the US Army and spend his remaining years, along with his wife, with their daughter and family in Elk Grove.  

 

A mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9961 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, on October 13, 2026, at 11:00 am.
